Frequently Asked QuestionsWe have tried here to anticipate common questions asked that are not always strictly relevant to our church pages but are, nonetheless, relevant to Holy Trinity Church, Coventry in particular. Genealogy. Many, if not all, of your questions relate to genealogy. We understand that many of you find this site as a result of your family tree research. We also appreciate that you may be living far away or, indeed, abroad and therefore do not have easy access to this information. In our understanding of this we provide what information we have in our possession below. All Holy Trinity Church, Coventry's records for burial and marriage from 1837 are held at Coventry Registry Office. All records prior to that date are held in Warwick. The Coventry Family History Society publish a book which h includes all burials from 1837 until 1900. Please note that some burials noted as having been performed in Holy Trinity Churchyard actually took place in the satellite burial ground at St Nicholas, Radford. Andrew and myself have taken some photographs within the church of some of the memorial and burial tablets and a small selection of these can be found on our Memorials pages. (please note: these are NOT exhaustive OR complete so no reliance can be assumed)
