The Right Reverend David Urquhart

David was our vicar from the year 1992 to the year 2000.  He successfully launched and completed the Spire and Restoration Campaign in which over £1 million was raised (with the help of a big grant from English Heritage and the Lottery) to restore both the spire and the Doom Painting.

David was also the Chair of the Church Missionary Society whilst at Holy Trinity and, we understand that he remains so - see links below.

David left us to become the area Bishop of Birkenhead in 2000.   He has now become Bishop of Birmingham as from 2006 - visit the Birmingham Diocese Website to find out what he has been up to!
